Project Details
Completed in 2024, the Sterns Park playground renovation transformed one of Los Alamitos’ premier neighborhood parks into an inclusive destination for families of all abilities. Designed with accessibility at its core, the playground features wide ADA-accessible ramps that connect the elevated play structure, creating a more engaging and welcoming play experience for children and caregivers alike.
Western State Builders installed a modern commercial playground featuring inclusive play equipment, sensory play elements, poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing, shade structures, outdoor fitness equipment, and upgraded park amenities. Together, these improvements create a safe, durable, and accessible community space built to serve Los Alamitos families for years to come.
