Project Details

Completed in 2023, the Powerhouse Park playground renovation revitalized one of Del Mar’s most iconic beachfront parks with a modern play space overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Designed to complement the park’s coastal setting, the new playground provides families with an engaging destination just steps from the beach while preserving the scenic views that make Powerhouse Park a local favorite.

Western State Builders installed the new commercial playground featuring modern play equipment, resilient rubber safety surfacing, climbing structures, swings, and site improvements that enhance both safety and durability. The result is a welcoming community playground where children can explore, play, and enjoy one of Southern California’s most picturesque park settings.
